What is an appointment request?

Appointment requests are just that, a request for an appointment, submitting an appointment request is not a guarantee of the time you are requesting. We will call you to finalize an appointment and get a little bit more information from you. If the time you have requested is not available we will give you alternative times when we call you. Please make sure all of your contact information is correct in the booking information so we can contact you. 

Please keep in mind that we do not accept requests for any appointments for same day. 

We encourage you to read through the below, see our FAQ page and check out our bridal designers and then request your appointment! We want to make sure we are able to serve you best!

 

Grace Bridal gowns start at $1,800. We carry samples sizes 8-16, and most brides special order their gowns. We take your measurements to order the size that aligns with your measurements. Gowns can take anywhere from 4 - 6 months to arrive in store for you! We also have a sample rack with gowns sizes 10- 16  that can be purchased off the floor for $899-$2,500. Please see our FAQ for more information.

For all  bridal appointments, we do require a credit card to hold the reservation. We do not charge the card unless you fail to show up or if you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A fee of $50 dollars will be charged if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or for simply not showing up. We appreciate your understanding with our policy as a courtesy for all brides! 

On Sunday's We now offer Private Appointments for you and your bridal party! 

During our Sunday private appointments, you get to have the entire bridal salon to yourself, with your choice of  music, temperature, 

 non alcoholic beverages, and delicious sweet treats! We have a dedicated stylist who is willing to meet you personally on Sundays for a private appointment when the boutique is closed!  Take advantage of a more intimate experience with our knowledgeable stylists to find the perfect gown! Call for pricing and more information!

If you are booking an appointment and it is your first bridal appointment ever, please make sure to select " FIRST TIME BRIDAL APPOINTMENT" below (( First time bridal appointments are for brides who are trying on gowns for the very first time ever, often misunderstood as joining us at our shop for the first time. If you've tried on gowns anywhere during your engagement, you will select "bridal appointment" ))
